Spring Season

4Kids WorldWide Basketball Academy is an afterschool program to service the Pomona Unified School District students. Our mission is to utilize basketball to capture the student's attention and direct them towards positive behaviors and education. Our goal is to produce high school graduates and collegiate enrollees. 

MANDATORY ORIENTATION and PLAYER EVALUATION:

Pomona Unified School District Students: Must bring school ID or report card. 

3rd Grade thru High School Boys and Girls

We offer a limited number of non-PUSD participation. 

Registration is limited to ensure small group sessions. Our basketball academy provides athletic training, academic monitoring and mentorship to inspire student-athletes. We also provide athletic conditioning for all sports and lifestyles. 

Assess: We provide basketball games/shootouts/leagues in order to monitor our student athletes progress. 

All Star Players - We have developed collaborations with travel basketball teams and other basketball programs to provide those student-athletes that excel athletically to obtain more opportunities to develop his/her skills and to develop collegiate scholastic probabilities.  

Day Trips - We provide opportunities for our families to socialize outside of basketball in order to strengthen our community.

Assess: We perform grade checks to inspire our student-athletes. During the school year, mandatory tutoring is required if below 2.5 GPA.

We have limited spacing to ensure smaller training groups. We accept beginners, intermediate and advanced. Reserve your spot today! 

Our league is FREE for PUSD students to ensure each child has an opportunity to participate. 

Donations are welcomed. 

• Uniform/T-shirt Fee - $50 - (Can also be used for future seasons)
• Fundraisers are conducted 

Non-PUSD Participants: We will accept a limited number of participants outside the Pomona Unified School District. 

• Participation cost - $150
• Uniform/T-Shirt - $50 (Can be used for future seasons)
• 3rd thru 6th – 8 participants
• 7th thru HS – 8 participants

Dates:  February 25, Mandatory Orientation: 5:00 pm to 6 pm

Practice days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays according to groups. 

Groups will be determined at player evaluation on February 25. We separate by skill level, not grade level. 

Begins March 22

Saturdays: Begin @ 10:00 am

We can use your assistance. We need volunteers for coaching, tutoring and assistance at games. Join our community of working together.
