Marla Clark-Valentine has served for the betterment of youth for 23 years, which includes serving as a basketball coach for Kindergarten thru College (Girls and Boys) athletes. As a past board member for the 501c3 Nonprofits Kids WorldWyd (travel basketball and free basketball program in Pomona), the National Junior Basketball Association (NJB) Pomona Chapter, the Athletic Developmental Basketball League in Chino, she recognizes the benefit of sports for our youth.
She has served as a carrier technician for the United States Postal Service for 28 years and has won several prestigious awards for top rated excellence in customer service.
Her education includes an Associate of Science in Child Development, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a certificate in Nonprofit Management and a Master of Science in Leadership and Management, with a Nonprofit concentration.
She grew up in an underprivileged neighborhood and knows first hand how sports has attributed to her positive guidance and she wants to provide that to our youth.
Kayla Valentine has volunteered her services and has worked with youth since she was 13 years of age. She has assisted Kids WorldWyd (501c3 nonprofit), Purpose Church in Pomona and Fremont Academy by providing free basketball skills training and mentorship for the youth in Pomona as well as contributing to the youth for the Boys Republic
Kayla Valentine has volunteered her services and has worked with youth since she was 13 years of age. She has assisted Kids WorldWyd (501c3 nonprofit), Purpose Church in Pomona and Fremont Academy by providing free basketball skills training and mentorship for the youth in Pomona as well as contributing to the youth for the Boys Republic in Chino Hills, the YMCA in Chino, and Behavioral Autism in Upland.
As a standout basketball player at Don Lugo High School in Chino CA, she went on to pursue collegiate basketball at Dominican University of California and the University of La Verne, while pursuing her Graduate degree for Marriage and Family Therapy.
While continuing at the next level of basketball by participating in The Drew League (included professional players), West Coast Lioness (professional team in the Inland Empire), and the Basketball Beauties (Los Angeles), she enjoys sharing her love of basketball with the youth. She intends to guide children in life by weaving the sport of basketball to attract children to living a healthier lifestyle.
Kayla continues to work with others as an Energy worker and Reiki Practitioner, which focuses on tapping into the wisdom of the Mind, Body, Soul, and Emotional body. Her intentions are to help others tap into their own healing abilities while embodying their greatest self.

Robert Cammon has long provided his time and services for the betterment of others. As an honorable discharged serviceman for the Vietnam War, he received several decorations including the Purple Heart Award.
After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education with a Secondary Education Teacher’s Credential, he began working for the Pomona Unified School District where he was a physical education teacher, Athletic Director as well as coaching both boys and girls sports in basketball, flag football, softball and track. As a scholastic football athlete in college, he understands the benefits of sports for our youth. In addition, he participated on the program review and School Site Council Board.
After 27 years of employment as an Athletic Director for the Pomona Unified School District (Fremont Academy), Mr. Cammon continues to provide voluntary services for his Church and community. He and his wife Jacquelyn of 48 years, have committed their services to 4Kids WorldWide and others in order to continue to empower our young people towards success and community.
